What we expect:
Experience: Proven experience as a BizDev / Sales Manager in the iGaming / Gambling vertical.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding how affiliate traffic works (Facebook / Google / Native) and the specifics of Tier 1–3 GEOs.
Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate CAP, payout, KPIs, and partnership terms with direct advertisers and affiliate networks.
Partnership Management: Experience onboarding advertisers, maintaining relationships, fixing terms, resolving issues, and scaling volumes.
Analytical Skills: Ability to evaluate traffic quality, analyze performance, and make data-driven decisions.
Tools: Experience with CRM systems, Notion, Keitaro (or similar tracking / workflow tools)
Personal Attributes: Structured thinking, self-management, initiative, strong communication skills, and ability to build long-term partnerships.
