Affiliate Manager

What we expect:

• Experience: 2+ years as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming / Gambling.
• Network: Your own base of affiliates and webmasters across Tier 1–3 GEOs.
• Deal Structures: Solid understanding of CPA, RevShare and Hybrid deals, caps and payouts.
• Tools: Experience with Keitaro or similar trackers, CRM and Notion.
• Traffic Quality: Ability to spot fraud, control traffic quality and protect the margin.
• Personal Attributes: Structured thinking, self-management, initiative and strong communication.
